The AAEON UP System series is a next-generation computer platform that offers industrial performance in a compact form factor. Equipped with Intel® processors, UP systems are optimized for robotics, image processing, artificial intelligence, and IoT applications. UP System models, produced with long-lasting industrial components, operate reliably between -10°C and +60°C. Developed with the motto "From Idea to Mass Production," the UP Board and UP System series are optimized for use in AI, IoT, and automation-focused projects, going beyond traditional embedded computers. UP products combine the ease of use of Raspberry Pi with industrial-level reliability and processing power.

Thanks to the 40-pin HAT compatibility present in all UP series, existing Raspberry Pi projects can be easily migrated to Intel architecture and gain professional-level performance. The UP ecosystem is supported by AAEON's manufacturing power and Intel's IoT Solutions Alliance membership. Users can quickly move their ideas from prototype to mass production thanks to open documentation, a large online community, Design Manufacturing Service (DMS), and long-term supply guarantees.

What is the lead time for industrial PCs?
For models held in stock, orders confirmed before noon with payment received are usually dispatched the same working day. For orders requiring custom manufacturing or configuration, the lead time is typically 2 to 6 weeks.
What are the warranty and service terms?
All products come with a standard 24-month warranty. The warranty period can be extended on request and on-site service options are available. RMA cases are handled quickly by serial number.
Can you customise the RAM, SSD, OS and I/O?
Yes. Memory and storage options can be tailored to the project. For projects of 50 units or more we also plan the configuration before production, covering the operating system image, BIOS or UEFI settings, additional I/O cards and communication modules.
Can I get quotation and project design support?
Of course. Once you share the details of your application, we carry out a free preliminary study covering model selection, performance analysis and pricing.
What about IP protection, temperature range and 24/7 operation?
Depending on the model and series, IP65 front panel protection is available. The wide operating temperature range is typically 0°C to +50°C. All industrial PCs use a fanless design suitable for uninterrupted 24/7 operation. Exact figures are given in each product datasheet.
Can Panel PCs be operated while wearing gloves?
Yes. Models with resistive touchscreens work without any problem while wearing work gloves. Models with PCAP capacitive screens can also be used with nitrile or latex gloves.
