This version of UP 7000 is a compact Single Board Computer (SBC) designed for embedded artificial intelligence applications. It offers reliable performance with a 12V DC power input and a 5A current requirement. The product dimensions are 85mm x 56mm, allowing for easy placement even in tight spaces.

This industrial motherboard houses the Intel® UHD Graphics card. It is equipped with the Intel® Processor N100, which has a thermal design power (TDP) of 6W, ensuring efficient operation with low power consumption.

The system supports dual-channel LPDDR5 memory architecture and has 4GB of soldered memory. A 32GB eMMC storage unit is available on the card.

There is one 1GbE RJ-45 LAN port (Realtek RTL8111H CG) on the board. There is one HDMI 1.4b port for video output. It also functions as a stack connector.

Expansion and connectivity options include 3 USB 3.2 Gen 2 (Type-A) ports and 2 USB 2.0/UART ports accessible via a 10-pin connector. It also offers connectivity to various peripheral devices via a 40-pin GPIO connector.

Security is provided by the TPM 2.0 chip on the board. The system supports Linux operating systems such as Windows® 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS/Kernels 5.15.

The product can operate seamlessly at working temperatures ranging from 0°C to 60°C (with 0.5 airflow) and promises long-term reliability with an MTBF value of 685,218 hours.

The UP 7000 has CE/FCC Class A certifications and is RoHS/REACH compliant.

The power supply type is set to AT (Always On) by default but can also be configured as ATX.
