IPC4AI by ICC

IPC4AI Serisi

Industrial AI computers with a replaceable NVIDIA® MXM GPU

In most AI computers the processing power is fixed to the chassis, so when the model grows the whole device has to be replaced. In the IPC4AI series the GPU is a separate module seated in a standard MXM slot. Your project can start with an MX550 and move up to an RTX 4070 while the chassis stays the same. For that reason the devices ship without a GPU module — we pick the module together, based on what you will use it for.

321 TOPS
The highest AI processing power reached in the computers; up to 686 TOPS on the GPU cards
-40°C ~ 70°C
Wide operating temperature; 6–48 V input range and ignition control
18 fanless
18 of the 28 models are completely fanless — for dusty, unattended environments
M12 connectivity
Locking M12 Ethernet for high-vibration environments; MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration testing

Where it is used

  • Machine vision: high-FPS quality inspection on the production line
  • AGV / AMR: environmental perception on autonomous transport vehicles
  • Rail and in-vehicle: E-Mark, EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 on request
  • Smart transport: licence plate recognition and traffic flow analysis

Series

  • IPC4AI: AI computers with an MXM GPU — 28 models
  • IPC4: Box PC versions of the same chassis without a GPU — 38 models
  • IPC4AI-GPU: separately sold MXM modules and single-slot PCIe AI cards — 16 options
  • GPU options: NVIDIA® MX550, RTX 4050, RTX 4060, RTX 4070, RTX 4080, RTX 4090

How do we choose the GPU module?

How many cameras, at what resolution, and which model (YOLO, segmentation, OCR) — the answers set the TOPS figure you need. Cabinet temperature and the power budget you can spare set the module's TGP limit. We work through all three with you and recommend the device and the module together.

Artificial Intelligence and Edge Computing Solutions

Artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing are transformative technologies built on one principle: process the data where it is created, on devices at the edge of the network, rather than sending it to the cloud. This removes the latency of cloud communication, allows decisions to be made in the moment, reduces network bandwidth use and improves data security by keeping sensitive data local.

These technologies are critical for applications such as image processing, object recognition, autonomous systems and predictive maintenance.

🏢 Our Brands

Our own brand, IPC4AI, consists of industrial AI computers carrying a replaceable NVIDIA® MXM GPU module: as your needs grow you upgrade only the GPU module, not the whole device. Alongside it we offer compact AI edge computers from leading brands such as AAEON and IBASE . These devices come with powerful Intel® Core™ or NVIDIA® Jetson™ processors as well as dedicated AI accelerators such as the Intel® Movidius™ VPU or Google Edge TPU.

🎯 Applications

The range of applications is expanding fast. Machine vision systems that inspect products on the production line in smart factories, smart cameras that analyse customer behaviour in retail, systems that manage traffic flow in smart cities, and the perception and decision-making mechanisms in autonomous vehicles all use this technology.

💡 Solution Options

IPC4AI by ICC AAEON IBASE

Because you choose the GPU module yourself, the IPC4AI series lets you match both budget and processing power to the job; compact boards such as AAEON's UP series, or IBASE's expandable fanless Box PCs, cover different form factor requirements. By turning data into useful information on the spot, these powerful edge devices open the door to smarter, faster and more efficient systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for industrial PCs?
For models held in stock, orders confirmed before noon with payment received are usually dispatched the same working day. For orders requiring custom manufacturing or configuration, the lead time is typically 2 to 6 weeks.
What are the warranty and service terms?
All products come with a standard 24-month warranty. The warranty period can be extended on request and on-site service options are available. RMA cases are handled quickly by serial number.
Can you customise the RAM, SSD, OS and I/O?
Yes. Memory and storage options can be tailored to the project. For projects of 50 units or more we also plan the configuration before production, covering the operating system image, BIOS or UEFI settings, additional I/O cards and communication modules.
Can I get quotation and project design support?
Of course. Once you share the details of your application, we carry out a free preliminary study covering model selection, performance analysis and pricing.
What about IP protection, temperature range and 24/7 operation?
Depending on the model and series, IP65 front panel protection is available. The wide operating temperature range is typically 0°C to +50°C. All industrial PCs use a fanless design suitable for uninterrupted 24/7 operation. Exact figures are given in each product datasheet.
Can Panel PCs be operated while wearing gloves?
Yes. Models with resistive touchscreens work without any problem while wearing work gloves. Models with PCAP capacitive screens can also be used with nitrile or latex gloves.
