What is the difference between a Panel PC and an HMI?
An HMI is usually a closed, limited platform built for one specific automation task. A Panel PC is an open computing platform that can run several applications at once on Windows or Linux — SCADA, MES, an ERP client, image processing and data acquisition.
Should I choose resistive or capacitive touch?
