UP SQUARED PRO 7000 is a high-performance industrial motherboard with options for Intel Atom® x7000E/x7000RE Series, Intel® Processor N Series, and Intel® Core™ i3-N305 processors. It offers high-speed data processing and multitasking capabilities. The compact 4-inch x 4-inch form factor is ideal for applications with space constraints. It provides enterprise-level data protection with TPM 2.0 security support.
The card is equipped with up to 16 GB of onboard LPDDR5 memory and up to 64 GB of onboard eMMC storage capacity. These features enable high-efficiency operation with fast booting and low power consumption.
Among the versatile connectivity options are 2 x 2.5GbE (Intel® I226-IT) ports, 3 x USB 3.2 ports (2x Type A, 1x Type C), and 2 x RS-232/422/485 serial ports. This wide range of I/O supports seamless integration with various industrial sensors and peripherals.
Supports three independent display outputs with 1 HDMI 2.0b, 1 DP 1.2, and 1 DP 1.4a support via USB Type C. Additionally, a MIPI-CSI camera interface is available through a 61-pin FPC connector for camera applications.
Expandability is provided with M.2 2230 E-Key, M.2 2280 M-Key, and M.2 3052 B-Key slots. These slots allow for easy integration of additional modules such as Wi-Fi, 5G, and SSD storage, enhancing system flexibility.
Power requirement is a 12V DC input, with typical power consumption ranging from 26W to 35W. It can reliably operate within a wide operating temperature range of 0°C to 60°C (with 0.5 airflow) and in some models from -20°C to 70°C.
