How Does AIoT Work?

1. Data Collection (IoT Sensors)

This is the layer of sensors and IoT gateways that collects temperature, pressure, vibration and energy consumption from your machines (over Modbus, Profinet and so on), or image, sound and environmental data from their surroundings. It carries the raw data into the digital world.

2. Data Processing (Edge Computing)

Where an immediate decision is needed — a machine fault, a security breach — the collected data is processed right there in the field on our edge computing devices. This reduces dependence on the cloud and gives millisecond response times.

3. Analysis and Decision (Artificial Intelligence)

Artificial intelligence models running on the edge devices or on central servers analyse that data. They process images for quality control, interpret vibration data for predictive maintenance, or look for anomalies in energy consumption. The output becomes a clear decision: "defective product", "risk of failure".
