uCOM-M510 is a high-performance SMARC CPU Module equipped with a MediaTek Genio 510 (MT8370) processor. It offers high computing power with 2 Cortex-A78 and 4 Cortex-A55 cores and provides 3.2 TOPs of artificial intelligence (AI) performance with the Arm® Mali™-G57 MC2 GPU.
This module comes with 8GB Onboard LPDDR4 memory and 16GB eMMC 5.1 storage. It is ideal for industrial Edge AI applications with low power consumption and an extended temperature range (-40°C ~ 85°C).
The display interfaces include one HDMI 2.0, one DP 1.4, one eDP 1.2 (2-Lane), and one MIPI-DSI (4-Lane) output available on demand. It offers dual display support.
Network connectivity is provided through one Gigabit Ethernet (TSN supported) port. For peripherals, there are 1 USB 3.0 Host and 5 USB 2.0 ports.
Communication is provided with 4 UART serial ports (2-wire and 4-wire). It also includes 2 MIPI-CSI camera interfaces, 12-bit GPIO, SPI, and I2C interfaces.
This module, compliant with the SMARC 2.1 standard, has dimensions of 82mm x 50mm and supports Yocto 4.0 by default. Operating systems such as Ubuntu, Android 14, and Debian 13 can also be supported upon request.
