TP2-R2 10.1" Robot Control Unit

TP2-R2 is an ergonomic and easy-to-use 10.1-inch teaching pendant specifically designed for handling robots. This device, with a resolution of 1280x800, is equipped with shoulder straps and grip areas to provide a comfortable and fatigue-preventing experience. The system has a grounding (GPE) design that provides additional protection against electrostatic discharge.

The front panel of the device is made of aluminum magnesium alloy, while the back cover is made of durable ABS+PC material. This combination brings together the required robustness and lightness for industrial environments. There is a button in the lower right corner of the TP2-R2 that provides quick access to special functions.

The multi-point capacitive touch screen is controlled via USB interface and supports multi-touch with 10 fingers. The surface with 7H Mohs hardness offers high durability and scratch resistance.

The TP2-R2 supports a 10.1-inch WXGA TFT screen type with a color depth of 16.7 million. It provides clear and vibrant images with a brightness of 400 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 800:1.

With the optional R2 (IDD-LINK4) feature, video and USB signals can be transmitted seamlessly over a single CAT6 network cable up to 100 meters.

Has a wide Operating System support; supports many systems such as Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux.

The device's power requirement is DC 24V, with typical power consumption of only 15W.

It has a wide operating temperature range (-20°C ~ 70°C) and is resistant to 10G shock in accordance with IEC 60068-2-27 standard.

This teaching controller, with an IP54 protection class, offers a certain level of resistance against dust and water splashes.
