TP2 10.1" Robot Control Unit

TP2 is an ergonomic 10.1-inch teach pendant solution designed to manage robots. Developed with user comfort and ease of use in mind, it prevents fatigue and simplifies long operations with shoulder straps and grip areas. There is a dedicated button in the bottom right corner of the GUI for quick access. The system frame has a grounding protection (GPE) design.

The TP2, with a 10.1-inch WXGA TFT display, offers clear and vibrant visuals with a resolution of 1280x800 and support for 16.7 million colors. High brightness (400 cd/m²) and a contrast ratio of 800:1 provide superior image quality even in harsh industrial environments.

Equipped with multi-point capacitive touch screen technology and supports multi-touch up to 10 points. The hardness of the touch surface shows high durability with a 7H Mohs hardness rating.

The front panel is made of aluminum magnesium alloy, while the rear cover is made of durable ABS+PC material. This robust body structure provides the TP2 with an IP54 protection class.

Supports a wide range of operating systems; compatible with systems such as Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux.

TP2 operates with a DC 24V input and has a low power consumption of 5W. This makes it an energy-efficient solution.

Interface connections include Emergency Stop, +24V, 3-position Activation button, DVI-D, and USB Input signals. Optionally, with the R2 (IDD-LINK4) solution, Video and USB signals can be transmitted up to 100 meters over a single CAT6 network cable.

It has a wide operating temperature range (-20°C ~ 70°C) and operates seamlessly in humid environments (5% ~ 95%, non-condensing). It has successfully passed shock and vibration tests (10G shock, 1Grms/2Grms vibration) and has CE/FCC Class A EMC certifications.
