Panel21190X 19" CNC Control Panel
Panel21190X is a durable product designed specifically to be compatible with 19-inch displays for CNC Control Panel applications. Its body is made using aluminum-magnesium alloy on the front panel and stainless steel on the back, providing robust protection against heavy industrial conditions. The front surface has an IP65 protection class, while the back part has an IP20 protection class.
This control panel supports popular industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT and Modbus-TCP, facilitating integration into automation systems. It has the capacity to support a maximum of 98 keys and 98 LEDs, providing comprehensive control without the need for external I/O modules. Additionally, an integrated time control function is also available on the panel.
The product contains 63 keys, and there is a light indicator for all keys. In addition to basic push buttons like Start, Stop, and Reset, there is also an Emergency Stop button with a 2NC structure. The front panel features two USB ports.
Designed for embedded mounting type, offering easy and secure installation. It can operate smoothly over a wide temperature range (-20℃ to 60℃). Customizable features are available upon request, including special bus requirements.
