PICO-AM62 is an ultra-compact SBC in Pico-ITX (100mm x 72mm) form factor powered by the ARM-based TI AM6254 Sitara™ Quad-Core Cortex-A53 Processor (1.4GHz). This variant features a quad-core AM6254 CPU and 2GB of built-in DDR4 memory. It is ideal for demanding industrial and Edge AI applications with high computing power and a wide temperature range (-40°C ~ 85°C).
The system has 16GB of eMMC 5.1 storage (up to optional 128GB) and a Micro SD Card slot. It provides one HDMI 1.4b (up to 1080p) and one LVDS (Dual Channel 18/24-bit) for graphics output. For industrial control and communication, there are two CAN-FD, two GbE LAN (IEEE 1588, TSN), and four RS-232/422/485 ports.
Among the extensive I/O options, there are two USB 2.0 Gen1 ports and one USB 2.0 (Pin Header). Expansion is provided with one Full Size and one Half Size Mini Card slot (both USB signal). The power input is in the wide voltage range of +9V ~ 36V DC (lockable terminal block).
The card supports the Debian 12 operating system and includes all I/O interfaces and embedded features. TPM 2.0 (Optional) and audio I/O (Line in/Line Out/Mic) support are available in this model.
