PICO-AM62 is an ultra-compact SBC in Pico-ITX (100mm x 72mm) form factor powered by the ARM-based TI AM6232 Sitara™ Dual-Core Cortex-A53 Processor (1.4GHz). This variant is ideal for demanding industrial and automotive applications, combining energy efficiency and fanless operation (-40°C ~ 85°C).
The system has 2GB of built-in DDR4 memory, 16GB of eMMC 5.1 storage (up to optional 128GB), and a Micro SD Card slot. It provides one LVDS (Dual Channel 18/24-bit) for graphics output, and HDMI output is not available in this model. For industrial control and communication, there are two CAN-FD, one GbE LAN, and four RS-232/422/485 ports.
Among the extensive I/O options, there are two USB 2.0 Gen1 ports (rear I/O) and one USB 2.0 (Pin Header). Expansion is provided with one Full Size and one Half Size Mini Card slot (both USB signal). The power input is specified as +12V DC (lockable terminal block).
The card supports the Debian 12 operating system and advanced network protocols such as IEEE 1588 and TSN (Time Sensitive Networking). Other industrial interfaces like GPIO, I2C, and SPI are available. It offers high reliability with a long MTBF (1,279,408 hours).
