The PANELMATE PC6015-8G-128G is a miniBOX industrial computer that saves space in industrial automation cabinets with its compact body and fanless design. Its Intel® N95 quad-core processor runs at 3.40 GHz and, with 6 MB of cache, delivers smooth performance in data collection, HMI and edge computing applications. Its 8 GB of DDR4 3200MT memory can be upgraded to 32 GB and its 128 GB mSATA storage expanded as required.

The fanless construction, with no moving parts, provides silent operation, does not draw in dust and minimises maintenance requirements. The aluminium-magnesium alloy profile body is impact resistant; wide aluminium cooling fins dissipate heat efficiently to maintain stability in continuous operation. Its sealed, dust-protected design and grounding protection allow safe use in demanding field conditions.

A wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C allows uninterrupted service in unheated cabinets and field enclosures. With dimensions of 140 x 40.6 x 104 mm and DIN rail mounting support, it fits directly into narrow cabinets. A wide DC 12-36 V supply range and a four-pin terminal input suit different power sources, while 25 W low power consumption reduces energy costs in systems that run 24/7.

Three RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports support the EtherCAT protocol and allow connection to several network segments at once. Three USB 3.0 ports along with 1 x RS232 and 1 x RS485 serial ports provide compatibility with both current and older-generation field devices. The HDMI output supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 and the DisplayPort output up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz; wireless connectivity can be added with optional Wi-Fi and 4G modules.

Compatible with Windows®10, Windows®11 and Linux, the PC6015-8G-128G carries CE and FCC Class A certification. Manufactured with PANELMATE quality assurance, this model offers a long-life solution for production line control, industrial data collection, HMI and IoT applications.
