IPC4AI-RVS-Z4-x7433RE-8G-64G is an industrial edge AI computer featuring an Intel® Atom® x7433RE processor, fanless design, and very compact size (120 x 95 x 60 mm), which can also be mounted on a DIN rail.
Its 9 W processor operates with passive cooling; with no moving parts, it is suitable for 24/7 use in dusty and vibration-prone environments.
On the connectivity side, it includes 3 locked ix Industrial connector Ethernet ports, 2 USB 3.2 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and 2 display outputs via 1 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI.
It supports a wide DC 6~48V power supply (with overvoltage, reverse polarity, and 200 V surge protection), ignition input, and remote power-on feature, making it suitable for in-vehicle and field applications; operating temperature range is -40°C to 70°C depending on processor power.
Designed for AI applications that process camera images on site: machine vision models such as quality inspection and defect detection, object and person detection, and licence plate or barcode reading run on the device itself without sending data to the cloud. Lightweight models can run directly on the processor; when more AI performance is needed, an AI Box with an NVIDIA® RTX™ MXM GPU is attached to the chassis, and we select the right AI Box and GPU together at the quotation stage.
It comes with 8 GB LPDDR5 memory and 64 GB eMMC storage soldered on the board, included in the price; an M.2 SSD slot is available for additional storage.
According to the manufacturer's plan, this model will start shipping in the last quarter of 2026.
