IPC4AI-RVS-Z2F-x7433RE-8G-64G is an industrial edge AI computer with an Intel® Atom® x7433RE processor, equipped with a processor fan, very compact (120 x 95 x 60 mm), and can be mounted on a DIN rail.
Thanks to the processor fan, its 9 W processor maintains high performance under load for extended periods.
On the connectivity side, it includes 2 RJ45 Ethernet ports, 2 USB 3.2 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, 3 serial ports, 8-channel GPIO, and dual display outputs with 1 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI.
With a wide DC 6~48V power supply range (protected against overvoltage, reverse polarity, and 200 V surge), ignition input, and remote power-on feature, it is suitable for in-vehicle and field applications; operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 70°C depending on processor power.
Designed for AI applications that process camera images on site: machine vision models such as quality inspection and defect detection, object and person detection, and licence plate or barcode reading run on the device itself without sending data to the cloud. Lightweight models can run directly on the processor; when more AI performance is needed, an AI Box with an NVIDIA® RTX™ MXM GPU is attached to the chassis, and we select the right AI Box and GPU together at the quotation stage.
It comes with 8 GB LPDDR5 memory and 64 GB eMMC storage soldered on the board, included in the price; an M.2 SSD slot is available for additional storage.
The fanless version of the same chassis is coded IPC4AI-RVS-Z2-x7433RE-8G-64G, and the M12 connector version is coded IPC4AI-RVS-ZX2F-x7433RE-8G-64G.
