The FWA6404 network device features four high-speed Gigabit LAN ports and supports the new Intel® Atom™ processor C2000 family and Intel® QuickAssist technology. Housed in a 1U Rackmount chassis, the FWA6404 is designed for various network applications that require high computing performance and broadband applications. The LAN port supports four built-in Base-T Gigabit LAN ports and one LAN module card Expansion slot. Two DDR3 RAM (memory) slots allow for up to 16 GB of system memory with or without ECC support.
This powerful network system offers high performance, reliability, and functionality. The LAN bypass functionality, required in some applications, can be configured in the BIOS. The installed system fan ensures the correct operating temperature for the system and reduces fan noise.
