COM-RAPC6 is a cost-effective and efficient COM Express Type 6 Compact module (95mm x 95mm) equipped with 13th Generation Intel® Processor SoCs. This variant features a 6-core Intel® Processor U300E processor and offers an excellent balance for fanless applications with low power consumption. It enhances data processing capabilities with high-speed DDR5 memory.

The system supports dual-channel DDR5 SODIMM memory and can reach up to 64GB of non-ECC RAM capacity with speeds of up to 4800 MT/s. It offers flexible display solutions by supporting up to four simultaneous display outputs (VGA, DDI x 3, LVDS/eDP) with Intel® UHD Graphics.

Among the extensive I/O and connectivity capabilities, there is one 2.5GbE supported Intel® Ethernet Controller I226, eight USB 2.0, and four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports. It has two SATA 6.0Gbps ports for storage. This model does not have a PCIe [x8] expansion slot.

Expansion capabilities include configurable PCIe [x1] x 4 and PCIe [x4] x 1 slots. It provides reliability in critical applications with TPM 2.0 security support and an operating temperature range of 0°C ~ 60°C. This model can operate in ATX or AT modes.
