COM-RAPC6 is a high-performance COM Express Type 6 Compact module (95mm x 95mm) equipped with 13th Generation Intel® Core™ H series Processor SoCs. This variant features a 14-core Intel® Core™ i7-13800HE processor and is ideal for demanding industrial embedded and real-time applications with a 45W TDP. It easily handles data-intensive workloads with high-speed DDR5 memory.
The system supports dual-channel DDR5 SODIMM memory and can reach up to 64GB of non-ECC RAM capacity with speeds of up to 5200 MT/s on H/P processors. It offers flexible display solutions by supporting up to four simultaneous display outputs (VGA, DDI x 3, LVDS/eDP) with Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics or UHD Graphics.
Among the extensive I/O and connectivity capabilities, there is one 2.5GbE supported Intel® Ethernet Controller I226, eight USB 2.0, and four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports. It has two SATA 6.0Gbps ports for storage. The PCIe [x8] expansion slot is only supported for H series CPUs, and this variant includes this feature.
Expansion capabilities include configurable PCIe [x1] x 4, PCIe [x4] x 1, and PCIe [x8] x 1 slots. It provides reliability in critical applications with TPM 2.0 security support and an operating temperature range of 0°C ~ 60°C. This model can operate in ATX or AT modes.
