COM-MTHC6 is a high-performance COM Express Type 6 Compact module (95mm x 95mm) integrated with Intel® Core™ Ultra Series Processors. This variant features a 16-core Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 155H processor and provides an optimized power-performance balance with a 28W TDP.
The system supports dual-channel DDR5 5600MHz SODIMM memory and can reach a capacity of up to 96GB of non-ECC RAM. The integrated Intel® Arc™ graphics controller offers flexible imaging solutions by supporting up to four simultaneous display outputs (VGA, DDI x 3, LVDS/eDP).
Network connectivity is provided by one 2.5GbE supported Intel® Ethernet Controller I226. Among the rich I/O ports, there are eight USB 2.0 and four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports. There are two SATA 6.0Gbps ports for storage and optional support for built-in NVMe SSD.
Expansion capabilities include PEG 4.0 ([x8] + [x4] + [x4] configuration), PCIe 4.0 [x4], and PCIe 4.0 [x1] x 4 slots. It also has two MIPI CSI connectors for camera interfaces. This module, which can operate without a fan, provides reliability in critical applications with a wide operating temperature of 0°C ~ 60°C and fTPM / dTPM 2.0 security support.
