COM-KBUC6 is a COM Express Type 6 module integrated with 7th Generation Intel® Core™ U Series Processors (Kaby Lake), in a compact size (95mm x 95mm). This variant features a high-performance Intel® Core™ i7-7600U processor and offers an ideal solution for fanless operations with low power consumption. Typical power consumption is around 1.32A@12V under full load.

The system supports up to 8GB of non-ECC memory through a single DDR3L SODIMM socket. Imaging is managed by Intel® HD Graphics 620/610 and can support up to three simultaneous displays (LVDS/eDP, VGA, and DDI). This flexibility accommodates various industrial and medical imaging applications.

On the connectivity and I/O side, there is one Intel® i219LM Gigabit Ethernet controller, eight USB 2.0, and four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports. There are two SATA 3.0 ports available for storage (a third port may be supported optionally for i7 SKUs).

Expansion supports up to five PCIe [x1] lanes (can go up to 8 with special BIOS). Additionally, industrial interfaces such as LPC, SMBus, and I2C, as well as 8-bit GPIO are available. The module can operate in a temperature range of 0°C ~ 60°C, while industrial temperature options of -40°C ~ 85°C are also available for selected processor SKUs.
