COM-ICDB7 is a COM Express Type 7 Basic sized (125mm x 95mm) module powered by Intel® Xeon® D processors, offering server-class performance and high-speed networking capabilities. This variant features a 4-core (4-thread) Intel® Xeon® D-1712TE processor and is designed for high-performance embedded server applications with a 40W TDP.

The system supports dual-channel DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM memory and can reach up to 128GB of ECC (Error-Correcting Code) supported RAM capacity with four slots. This is vital for industrial and telecommunications applications where data integrity is critical.

Network connectivity is provided by one Intel® I210-IT Gigabit Ethernet and up to four ultra-fast 10GbE ports (with x557 or SFP+ support), making it an ideal solution for edge servers and network devices. Additionally, there are four USB 3.2 Gen 1 and four USB 2.0 ports available.

The expansion interfaces include one high-bandwidth PEG 4.0 [x16] slot and eight PCIe 3.0 [x2] slots. It provides a reliable and flexible platform with TPM 2.0 security support and an operating temperature range of 0°C ~ 60°C. There is no graphics output (Video Output), which is a feature of typical Type 7 server modules.
